Mobile: The media applied to the MOB™ process is mobile and able to circulate freely throughout the process without limitation of sieves or baffles.
Organic: MOB™’s ballasted media application, is an all-natural cellulosic plant that contains a core with high absorptivity.
Biofilm: Due to the ballasted media’s high surface area, the ballast core is capable of granulizing or growing thick biofilms.
